.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will continue across the area 
waters through late today as a trough extends from Hurricane 
Oscar in the central Atlc to the NE Caribbean. NE swell 
originating from Oscar will affect the local waters through Wed 
morning before subsiding. Strong high pressure will move across 
the western Atlantic Wed afternoon through Fri night allowing for
a return of moderate to fresh trades across the forecast area.
Required maintenance will result in a period when the HF FAX may
not be broadcasting from 1600 UTC to 1900 UTC today. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
