.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trades will continue across the 
region through mid week. Hurricane Oscar is well to the
northeast of the region, but NE swell originating from Oscar 
will move into the Atlc waters through Wed before subsiding. 
Strong high pressure will move across the western Atlantic Wed 
afternoon through Fri night allowing for a return of moderate to
fresh trades across the forecast area.
