.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trades will continue across the 
region through Wed as Tropical Storm Oscar remains across the
central Atlc. NE swell originating from Oscar will build across
the area tonight and continue through Tue before subsiding. Strong
high pressure will move across the western Atlantic Wed afternoon
through Fri night allowing for a return of moderate to fresh 
trades across the forecast area.
