.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Leslie near 29.7N 56.7W 986 mb at 11 
PM EDT moving SW at 3 kt. Leslie will strengthen to hurricane 
intensity overnight, then start to lift northward Wed. Large and 
powerful northerly swell generated from Leslie will continue 
across the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages through Thu 
before diminishing Fri.
