.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Leslie near 31.6N 55.6W 989 mb at 5 
AM EDT moving SW at 6 kt. Leslie is expected to continue this 
motion and slowly strengthen to hurricane force through Wed 
before moving northward. Large and powerful northerly swell 
generated from Leslie will continue across the Atlantic waters 
and Caribbean passages through Thu before diminishing Fri.
