.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Leslie near 33.2N  54.3W 990 mb at
11 AM EDT moving W-SW at 4 kt. Leslie is expected to continue 
this motion and slowly strengthen to hurricane force through Wed
before moving northward. Large and powerful northerly swell 
generated from Leslie will continue across the Atlantic waters 
and Caribbean passages through early Wed and then increase again
late Wed through Thu before diminishing Fri.
