.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Kirk near 13.8N 61.4W 1002 mb at 11 PM
EDT moving W at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt.
Kirk will move to 14.3N 63.1W Fri morning, 14.9N 65.4W Fri 
evening, weaken to a tropical depression near 15.3N 68.0W Sat 
morning, and dissipate Sat evening. Large northerly swell will 
affect the Atlantic waters and passages through early next 
week.
