.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Kirk near 13.0N 57.0W 1002 mb at
11 PM EDT moving WNW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt
gusts 55 kt. Kirk will move across the Lesser Antilles on
Thursday, then weaken to a tropical depression in the eastern
Caribbean Friday. Large northerly swell will reach the Atlantic 
waters Thu night.
