at 5 AM EDT, is moving W at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 40
kt with gusts to 50 kt. Kirk will reach the Lesser Antilles on 
Thursday, then weaken after it enters the E Caribbean Thu night.
Large northerly swell will reach the Atlantic waters Thu night.
