.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of Kirk, now a tropical wave, is along
41W from 08N to 17N moving W at 20 kt. Gale- force winds are
expected to continue along the northern portion of the wave for
the next couple of days as it continues to move westward, then W
of 55W on Wed. Otherwise, moderate to occasionally fresh winds 
will prevail this week. Northerly swell will reach the Atlantic 
waters and passages late in the week.
