.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Kirk near 9.5N 37.4W 1007 mb at 
5 AM EDT moving W at 21 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 
40 kt. Kirk will move to 9.9N 40.5W this afternoon, strengthen to
a tropical storm near 10.2N 44.6W Tue morning, 10.5N 48.4W Tue 
afternoon, 10.9N 51.7W Wed morning, and 12.1N 57.1W Thu morning. 
Kirk will change little in intensity as it moves to 13.2N 61.5W 
early Fri, then weaken to a tropical depression near 14.0N 66.0W 
Sat. Otherwise, gentle to moderate winds will prevail through the
forecast period. Northerly swell will reach the Atlantic waters 
and passages late in the week.
