.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Kirk near 9.1N 28.0W 1006 mb at 5 AM 
EDT moving W at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt.
Kirk will move to 9.5N 30.7W this afternoon, 10.0N 35.1W Mon 
morning, 10.2N 39.5W Mon afternoon, 10.4N 43.7W Tue morning, and 
10.9N 51.0W Wed morning. Kirk will change little in intensity as 
it moves to 12.0N 57.0W early Thu, and continue to 13.0N 61.5W 
Fri. Otherwise, gentle to moderate winds will prevail through the
forecast period. Northerly swell will reach the Atlantic waters 
by late Sun.
