.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Kirk near 9.0N 26.4W 1006 mb at 11 PM
EDT moving WNW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts 45 
kt. Kirk will move to 9.4N 28.9W Sun morning, 9.9N 33.0W Sun 
evening, 10.1N 37.3W Mon morning, 10.2N 41.8W Mon evening, and 
10.6N 49.5W Tue evening. Kirk will change little in intensity as 
it moves to 11.8N 55.0W late Wed, and continue to 13.3N 60.0W 
Thu. Otherwise, gentle to moderate winds will prevail through the
forecast period. Northerly swell will reach the Atlantic waters 
by late Sun.
