.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure building north of the area
will maintain a moderate to locally fresh east to southeast wind
flow across the regional waters. A tropical wave along 67W will
exit the region through Thursday. Shower and thunderstorm with
strong wind gusts will move through the regional waters
overnight. High pressure, stable weather conditions, and hazy 
skies will prevail Fri and Sat. Northerly swell will reach the 
Atlantic waters by late Sun.
