.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure building north of the area
will maintain a moderate to locally fresh east to southeast wind
flow across the regional waters. A tropical wave in the eastern
Caribbean early tonight will move across the regional waters 
through Thursday, producing an increase in shower and 
thunderstorm activity. High pressure, stable weather conditions, 
and hazy skies will prevail Fri and Sat. Northerly swell will
reach the Atlantic waters by late Sun.
