.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure building north of the area
will maintain a moderate to locally fresh east to southeast wind
flow across the regional waters. A tropical wave across the
Lesser Antilles early tonight will move across the regional
waters late Wednesday through Thursday, producing an increase  
in shower and thunderstorm activity. High pressure and stable
weather conditions will prevail Fri and Sat.
