.SYNOPSIS...A deep layered trough extends from the Turks and
Caicos Islands to near 30N61W, with active weather continuing SE
of trough to 19N. The trough will shift NW and exits the region 
late Tue with high pres across the central Atlc building across 
the region to bring a return to moderate to locally fresh 
easterly trades through the rest of the week. A tropical wave 
will pass mainly south of the local islands Wed through Thu.
