.SYNOPSIS...A deep layered trough extends from near the N coast
of Hispaniola NE into the central Atlc and will continue to
produce very active weather across the far offshore Atlc waters
through Mon before the trough shifts slowly NW and exits the
region late Tue. High pres across the central Atlc will begin to
build across the region Mon night to bring a return to moderate 
to locally fresh easterly trades through the rest of the week. A
tropical wave will pass mainly south of the local islands late
Wed through Thu.
