.SYNOPSIS...A deep layered trough extends from near the N coast
of Hispaniola NE into the central Atlc and will continue to
produce very active weather across the far offshore Atlc waters
through Mon before trough shifts slowly NW. High pres across the
central Atlc will begin to build across the region Mon night to
bring a return to moderate to locally fresh easterly trades 
through the rest of the week.
