.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of tropical cyclone Isaac along 73W continue
to move westward and away from the area, while elongated 
troughing prevails across the Atlc from 22N68W northeastward 
into the central Atlc. Moderate to locally fresh easterly trades 
will gradually build across the region late Sun through Wed as
both systems shift westward.
