.SYNOPSIS...Tropical cyclone Isaac has opened up into an
elongated surface trough along about 71W moving W at 13 kt.
Maximum sustained winds are 30 kt. This trough will move west
through the weekend and gradually weaken. Moderate to fresh 
southeast trades will prevail through Sun behind the exiting 
Isaac becoming easterly late Mon.
