.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaac 1006 mb is centered near 15.4N
59.7W at 5 AM EDT, moving W at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds are
40 kt with gusts to 50 kt. Isaac will move across the Lesser 
Antilles today, and is expected to gradually weaken as it moves 
further west across the Caribbean Sea through Sun night. High 
winds and rough seas will be primarily north of the center.
