.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaac 1003 mb is centered near 15.3N 
58.0W at 11 PM EDT, moving W at 17 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
are 45 kt with gusts to 55 kt. Isaac will move across the Lesser 
Antilles on Thursday, and is expected to gradually weaken as it 
moves further west across the Caribbean Sea through Mon. High 
winds and rough seas will be primarily north of the center.
