Isaac will move to 15.6N 59.0W Thu morning, 15.8N 61.8W Thu 
afternoon, 16.0N 64.8W Fri morning, 16.0N 67.6W Fri afternoon, and
16.0N 72.5W Sat afternoon. Isaac will change little in intensity 
as it moves to near 16.5N 76.5W Sun afternoon, and continue to 
near 17.5N 80.5W Mon.
