EDT moving W at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts 75 kt. 
Isaac will move to 14.6N 53.4W Wed morning, 14.8N 56.2W Wed 
afternoon, 15.0N 59.2W Thu morning, 15.3N 62.3W Thu afternoon, and
15.5N 68.5W Fri afternoon. Isaac will change little in intensity 
as it moves to near 15.5N 73.5W Sat afternoon, and continue to 
near 15.5N 77.5W Sun.
