.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaac near 14.5N 38.1W 1001 mb at 5 
AM EDT moving W at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 
kt. Isaac will move to 14.7N 41.9W tonight and strengthen to a 
hurricane near 14.7N 44.6W Mon afternoon. Isaac will continue W 
to 14.7N 47.5W Mon night, and 14.7N 53.1W Tue night. Isaac will 
change little in intensity as it approaches the Lesser Antilles 
near 14.9N 58.9W Wed night, and continue into the eastern 
Caribbean near 15.3N 64.5W Thu night.
