.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the area will support
generally moderate easterly flow across the region through Fri
night. Hurricane Florence across the central Atlc will move
generally NW and induce a weak pressure pattern across the area
this weekend as it approaches SW of Bermuda. E-NE swell from 
Hurricane Florence will move into Atlantic waters starting 
tonight.
