.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the subtropical Atlantic ocean will maintain moderate
to locally fresh trade winds and choppy seas across portions of the offshore
waters and local passages overnight through early Saturday. Marine conditions
are expected to gradually improve Saturday through early Sunday. Another
tropical wave will enter the eastern Caribbean late Sunday into early
next week.
