.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure will maintain moderate to 
fresh trade winds across the area through Thu night. A tropical 
wave over the eastern Caribbean with axis along 67W will move 
across the rest of the eastern Caribbean through Mon night 
accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms, some of 
which may produce gusty winds.
