.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of Tropical Storm Beryl are located
across the NE Caribbean near 16N63.5W moving WNW at 20 kt.
Maximum sustained winds are near 30 kt with gusts 40 kt. Beryl
has weakened to a sharp trough, or tropical wave, and will race
WNW across the Caribbean around 20 kt through Wed. Gale force
wind gusts will move across the NE Caribbean waters and south of
the Virgin Islands early this morning, then pass just south of
Puerto Rico and Mona Passage today through this evening before
weakening across and south of Hispaniola tonight through Tue.
