.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain centered of the central
Atlantic. Tropical Storm Beryl near 15.8N 62.4W 1010 mb at
0300 UTC moving WNW at 23 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt
gusts 45 kt. The circulation center of Beryl is weakening to a
sharp trough, or tropical wave, and will race WNW across the NE
Caribbean near 25 kt tonight and Mon. Gale force wind gusts
north of the center will move across the NE Caribbean waters and
south of the Virgin Islands tonight, then south of Puerto Rico
and Mona Passage Mon before weakening across and south of
Hispaniola Mon night through Tue.
