.SYNOPSIS...High pressure NE of the area will prevail. Tropical 
Storm Beryl near 14.4N 57.9W 1007 mb at 11 AM EDT moving WNW at 
20 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts 50 kt. Beryl will move
to 15.4N 60.8W this evening, then weaken to a strong tropical 
wave Mon as it moves westward and passes south of Puerto Rico 
Mon.
