.SYNOPSIS...High pressure NE of the area will prevail through 
the weekend. Tropical Storm ear 13.1N 54.3W 1005 mb at
0300 UTC moving WNW at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt
gusts 50 kt. Beryl will move to near 14.0N 56.8W Sun morning, 
reach near 15.3N 60.5W Sun evening, reach near 16.6N 64.5W Mon 
morning as a tropical depression, then weaken to a tropical wave 
late Mon as it moves across the Mona Passage and along the south 
coast of Hispaniola through Tue.
