.SYNOPSIS...High pressure NE of the area will prevail through 
the weekend. Newly upgraded Hurricane Beryl near 10.6N 45.1W
995 mb at 0900 UTC moving W at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds
65 kt gusts 80 kt. Beryl will move WNW toward the Lesser 
Antilles through late Sun and is expected to weaken to an open 
tropical wave as it enters the eastern Caribbean Sunday night, 
then will move westward across the local area early next week as 
a strong tropical wave.
