.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will remain in place N and NE 
of the Caribbean and Tropical N Atlantic waters through Sat 
night. The next tropical wave to affect the Caribbean is over the
tropical Atlantic near 53W. This wave will move across the 
tropical N Atlantic and enter the eastern Caribbean this 
afternoon, reach the central Caribbean Thu and the western 
Caribbean Fri.
