.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will remain in place N and NE 
of the Caribbean and Tropical N Atlantic waters through Thu 
night. A tropical wave moving across the Lesser Antilles will 
move over the eastern Caribbean this afternoon through Tue night
and the central Caribbean Wed and Wed night. Scattered showers
and thunderstorms are ahead and behind the wave S of 13N.
