.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will remain in place N and NE 
of the Caribbean and Tropical N Atlantic waters through Thu 
night. A tropical wave near 76W will cross the remainder of the 
Caribbean and reach central America late Sun night. Another 
tropical wave near 56W will cross the eastern Caribbean Mon 
through Tue night and the central Caribbean Wed and Wed night.
