.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will remain in place N and NE 
of the Caribbean and Tropical N Atlantic waters through Thu 
night. A tropical wave near 75W will cross the remainder of the 
Caribbean and reach central America Sun night. Another tropical 
wave near 54W will cross the eastern Caribbean Mon through Tue 
night and the central Caribbean Wed and Wed night.
