.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will remain north and northeast 
of the Caribbean and Tropical N Atlantic waters through the
period. A tropical wave near 71W will move across the remainder 
of the Caribbean and reach central America Sun night. Another 
tropical wave near 51W will move into the tropical North Atlantic 
region this afternoon and move across those waters through Sun 
night. It will then move across the eastern Caribbean Mon through
Tue night and central Caribbean Wed and Wed night.
