.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending SW over the western 
Atlantic will gradually weaken Sun through Tue in response to the
development of broad low pressure NE of the Bahamas. Moderate 
trades are expected to persist the next few days. A tropical wave
near 70W will move across the Caribbean and reach central 
America Sun night. Another tropical wave near 50W will move into 
the tropical North Atlantic region this afternoon, and reach the 
eastern Caribbean Sun afternoon.
