.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure extending SW across the west- 
central Atlantic will gradually weaken Sun through Tue. Moderate
trades are expected to persist the next few days. A tropical
wave along 67W will exit the local area tonight. The next 
tropical wave across the Atlantic will move across the eastern 
Caribbean late Sun through Tue.
