.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will support
moderate to fresh trades this week. A tropical wave will enter
the far eastern Caribbean on Fri, and move across the rest of
the eastern Caribbean through Sat night. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms are expected with this wave.
