.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will build
westward and strengthen through Tue allowing for moderate trades
to increase to mainly fresh intensity, with some pockets of 
locally strong trades over the central Caribbean. Numerous 
thunderstorms, with strong gusty winds, are over much of the 
northern sections of the central and eastern Caribbean due a 
tropical wave over the central Caribbean and an upper low over 
the eastern part of the Dominican Republic. This activity will
slowly diminish through Sun as the low retrogrades westward and 
weakens, and the tropical wave continues well west of these
forecast waters.
