.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending SW from the central 
Atlc to the Bahamas will support moderate to fresh trades
through early next week, becoming occasionally strong over the
Caribbean waters late this weekend. A tropical wave near the 
Windward Islands will pass S of Puerto Rico today. Another 
tropical wave will move through the eastern Caribbean Sat into 
Sun.
