.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the N central Atlantic will 
maintain mainly moderate trades across the forecast waters 
through the upcoming week. A tropical wave will move across the 
eastern Caribbean Tue through Wed night accompanied by scattered
showers and thunderstorms with gusty winds.
