.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres over the central Atlc will weaken 
around mid week. Moderate to fresh E to SE winds over the Atlc 
waters will diminish to moderate Wed. Fresh E winds will continue
across the Caribbean waters through Sat night. An upper-level 
trough over the central Caribbean will dissipate by tonight and 
allow scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over portions 
of the NE Caribbean to diminish.
