.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain moderate to fresh east to southeast winds across 
forecast Atlantic waters through Wed, then diminish to mainly 
moderate winds. Fresh E winds will continue across the Caribbean 
waters through the period. A weakening broad upper-trough 
entering the eastern Caribbean is preceded by scattered showers 
and isolated thunderstorms over portions of the northern eastern 
Caribbean. This activity will move east of the area Tue.
