.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain moderate to fresh east to southeast winds across 
forecast Atlantic waters through Wed, while fresh E winds 
continue across the Caribbean waters. A weakening broad upper- 
trough entering the eastern Caribbean is preceded by scattered 
showers and isolated thunderstorms over portions of the northern 
eastern Caribbean. This activity will move east of the area Tue.
