.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over eastern Cuba will drift 
westward towards Florida through Sun. Active weather and strong 
E to SE winds associated with the trough are gradually translating
westward over the western portion of the area. High pressure 
across the central Atlantic will bring fresh trade winds across 
the region Sun through Wed.
