.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the N central Atlantic 
will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds through Tue night. A
broad trough will develop NE of the area along 60W Wed, and 
migrate westward to near 65W Thu and to near 70W Fri. The trough
will be followed by a surge of fresh to locally strong E to SE 
winds, and accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms,
